World-renowned and highly respected marketing guru, Professor Philip Kotler visited Sri Lanka honouring Sri Lanka’s marketing fraternity. DSI a leading local brand and the leader in footwear retailing in Sri Lanka co-sponsored this prestigious event of national significance. In order to get an understanding of the business environment in Sri Lanka Professor Kotler had several discussions with the senior management of top corporates in Sri Lanka. DSI is proud to have been one of the few privileged corporates to participate at these enlightening discussions. During his discussion with the management team from DSI, he commended the diversification approach followed by the group, and considered it to be a 3.0 Marketing company that follows a broader holistic approach. The Chairman of D. Samson & Sons (Pvt) Ltd, Mr. Nandadasa Rajapaksa and the Directors of DSI Samson Group handed over a token of appreciation to Professor Kotler.
