Over the years, our Management Trainee Programme has played a significant role in empowering academically sound, talented, high calibre individuals to discover their true potential and open doorways to career success.
Our Management Trainee Programme offers a comprehensive on-the-job and management-skills training with challenging rotational assignments to provide broad and valuable experience and exposure to key functional areas of the business. Upon successful completion of the Training Programme, you will be required to make a presentation on a given topic to the Company’s Board of Directors. Selected candidates will be offered challenging positions in the Group and absorbed in to the permanent cadre.
Every year, 10 outstanding individuals are chosen for this programme, which spans across a duration 12 months.
