Across a diversified group such as the DSI Samson Group there are many specialized service departments providing essential services which are integral to the smooth functioning of an organization. While these tasks require specific competencies and skills they are not core competencies for the business.

Therefore a separate company has been formed to provide these specialized services across the entire group. Thus creating a hub of specialists who would be able to focus on providing specialist services at the best possible level of efficiency, and creating synergies which will be favorable for the group as a whole.
